General Office & Policies
All patients who wish to be seen must make an appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can fill your time window. There is a genuine effort made on our part to see every patient at their scheduled time and therefore we ask that you be punctual.
All office staff will be able to answer most of your questions asked over the telephone. If needed, our provider will be consulted and the answer then relayed to you. Any calls that the provider must return personally if not returned during the day, will be made after office hours.
It is necessary that you keep track of your medications and have them refilled before you run out. Calls to refill prescriptions should be made in the morning and you can expect it to take 24 hours to provide. Please do not wait until your prescription runs out to place the call to refill. Your prescriptions cannot be refilled after office hours or on the weekend. It is our policy to regulate prescription refills made over the telephone to within 2 month year of the most recent visit regarding oral medication and 3 months for the most current topic related medications.
