Founder & CEO

Dr. Ryan Welter is the visionary founder of Regeneris Medspa & Cosmetic Surgery and the New England Center for Hair Restoration. With a background in biochemistry and an M.D. from the University of Oklahoma, Dr. Welter has pioneered advancements in regenerative medicine, including the first-ever adipose-derived stem cell therapy for hair loss. His commitment to innovation and patient-centered care has set Regeneris apart as a leader in the field.
